RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the delivery of the order. If more than 15 days have elapsed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To validate your return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To make your return, your receipt or proof of purchase is required. The return shipment will be borne by the client, while the return shipment to the client will be covered by WP Diseño Exclusivo de Joyas. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WRONG ORDERS

Product exchange or full refund only if said products of the order are damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the products you received are not the ones you originally ordered.

Product exchange: Changes are only made if the items are damaged, defective or something you did not order came to you, we will send you the replacement items free of charge as long as you have previously returned the products of the order in the state in which you received them. .

Refund: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the same.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a time period that will be notified by mail in advance.

Late or absent refunds. If you have not received your refund, we ask you to verify your bank account once more.

Contact your card banking company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
